I had an appointment with them and right after the cleaning was done, their employee left and they took my phone with them because it was turned off 5 minutes after they left. It has not been found and the last location is the exact time they left my house.
Very easy to work with and professional. Did a great job with my rug/carpet too!

first usa was really professional and thorough with their work. everything they cleaned is as good as new! don’t try to clean your carpets yourself…just hire them
