During that time, I was suffering from gout and in terrible pain. I was in need of urgent care, and I had to travel to three different CVS mini-clinic sites to see a physician. But I was turned down because they were full, and I had to make a reservation for the next day. While surfing the internet, I came across the Cleveland Care Clinic in Parma. Gross. Incompetent staff. Creepy.

Terrible service literally waited 3 1/2 hours so far before being seen.. The staff is very chatty amongst themselves. I came in with chest pains and shortness of breath with congestion and a sore throat with a headache I could have died waiting on these people that have no sense of empathy worse place ever. If I could give them one no stars I would.
