Worst reality company in the US! How are they still in business? Make you sign a "road maintenance agreement". I have paid in good standing the last 7 years. For the last 3 years the roads have not been done, I miss my payment this year and they threaten to put a lien on my property. What are we paying for? I guess as others reviews stated it must be paying legal fees for this shady company! Update: I have contacted this SHADY company MULTIPLE times and have gotten nowhere with them. I highly recommend contacting Max Alfaro at First United Realty for your real estate needs. He will listen to you then search for and provide opportunities you will be interested In. He sure helped me find my dream land. I can live free as I choose now and also develop my land as I see fit also. I have not been this happy in over 30 years. With the guidance of Max I am content and alive again. I bought exactly what I have dreamt of and for a price that was fare and very decent.
