I have a new bike that is under warranty and they said that they would have to charge me if the dealer I purchased it from preped it wrong. When asked what the dealer did wrong so I could tell them, I got the run around. Next thing the manager gets on the phone and ends up telling me I drove to buy the bike out of town so I can drive to get service. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. All you need to do is see the reviews about their service and rude behavior..they're warranted.
I bought a mower from them and the experience was great. You can tell the guy who owns the place really cares about his business and his customers. I was extremely happy with him. Now the service center is another story . I call to see what size bolt I need to take my blades off the answer I get is “I don’t know “ so I continue to tell the service person that is not a valid answer and I get nowhere. Just went to First Turn to have tire repaired. I was told it would be $22.50... Well it was $22.50 for labor, plus $3 for plug, plus $10 for shop supplies, plus tax, plus 4% for using a debit card. Total $40.40. That is DOUBLE what any other shop charges. What a RIP OFF... First Turn will never see another dollar from me..!!!
brought them my suzuki gsxr750 that someone stole, cut ignition out of. Had it up an running in a day. Great fast service.
Poor service. Brought our mower in while under warranty. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Now that warranty has expired they figured out the problem but won’t honor the warranty. Last machine we’ll buy there
Went to make a copy of a 4wheeler key and was charged 10 and then told good luck theres no guarentees in life.
