I HAVE RETRACTED ALL GOOGLE REVIEWS IN LIGHT OF RECENT LAWSUITS AGAINST PARTICIPANTS. IT IS A SHAME THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO POST A REVIEW EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE. We live in a 70's house that had undergone reno's that left various plugs, light switches and appliances all on one switch! Randy offered all the help I needed to locate, and problem solve the issue...over the phone! His generosity saved us a repair bill in tough economic times. Thank you Randy.
