If you have a choice please do not use this company. I have purchased and sold over a dozen homes in my life and this is the worst title experience I have ever had. I was forced to use this company due to the purchase of a government seized home. The company admitted to having incorrect numbers on the settlement which caused a delinquency with the HOA. Customer service was terrible. Do. Not use
Renee DeAngelo has been instrumental in the closing arena. Renee is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at making sure each transaction goes as smoothly as possible. There have been times where huge hurdles were thrown up at the last minute. Renee kept calm and called on others that were able to pull off a closing that otherwise seemed impossible. Renee is a huge asset to your company!
