Worst closing attorney/title company I've worked with by far. Communication is terrible. The paralegal didn't even know basic terminology for real estate. Example - I asked for the signed CD after closing and she had no clue what I was talking about and it took several days for her to send me a copy. Almost 2 weeks after closing, my brokerage has not been wired the commission due to us. It also took them over a week to wire the seller's closing proceeds. Stay far far away from this company.
They helped me refinance and there was an error that occurred resulting in me losing a substantial amount of money. I spoke with Pam Gibbons COO of the company who acknowledged what happened but then refused to respond to me after that to help resolve the issue. I then called the office and was told they would be in touch and they never responded. This company is unprofessional and in my opinion has an ethical issue.
