I would not recommend using this title company. Throughout the transaction, there were multiple significant issues. Our commission figures were incorrect on two separate occasions and required correction. A same day mobile notary appointment was specifically requested, but no notary arrived because the appointment had been scheduled for a different date. Renee really cares about the customer's experience during closing at First Title. She is very knowledgeable and responsive. As our "go-to" person for closing with First Title on a special Gov seized property, she answered every question quickly and educated us along the way. Renee went out of her to ensure we had everything we needed and even helped after the closing with a follow-on question. Top Notch. We highly recommend!!

Mediocre. Friendly when you get them on the phone but not efficient and fail to communicate effectively. I've tried them on several transactions and won't do another.

I have been attempting to contact your office for the past two weeks without receiving a response. During this time, my state’s Department of Revenue has notified me that there may be an issue with taxes not being properly paid and has requested documentation showing what taxes were submitted—responsibilities that were handled by your company.
