Jut wanted to say a big Thanks for the prompt, professional service and communications in the replacement of my old heating, air condition and water tank. Tim provided me with up to date progress of the service and the replacement and cost factors. The service men did a outstanding job in the installation, information of the operation, final walk through and clean up. Jeremy came by and examined my very old air conditioner. He gave me many options to repair and replace. I chose to replace with a new high effecient system. I was well pleased with price and the young guys who installed it. They were very clean and respectful.
I saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. Wrong move. 2 guys came to my house, walked around, used their hand to "test" the temperature from the vents. They then went into my garage and once again used their hand to "test" the unit. But... they were feeling around on the water heater!!! After listening to my issue of the air just not getting very cool any longer, and my unit being 10 years old, they told me there was nothing they could do and I would need a new unit.
