They will call your phone and offer free roof inspection. Then when you decline they will hang up in your face. Then they will call you back over and over. Even after being told to not call my phone and take me off their call list. They will continue to call. Block the number and they will call you from another generated number. Harassment by phone. I will have to reach out to the police department at this point.

This is an extremely honest and reliable company! Doug was kind enough to stop by my parents home and advise me of my options. He took out of his time to do this, even while knowing up-front that we were uncertain that we would be able to commit to a roof repair. He gave great honest advice and I truly appreciated that. Thanks Doug!

This place cold calls you asking if you want a new roof and then is rude when you politely decline - hangs up immediately, no goodbye or anything. Seems like a trend among roofers trying to get business. But if that is how you are treated when you don't need a roof, why would you choose this company when you do need a roof?

This was hands down, the best experience that I’ve ever had with a contractor. Every single promise made was kept. They were professional in all phases from the insurance dealings on my behalf to the completed product. If you need a roof, don’t call anyone except for First Texas Roofing!!

I cant say enough about First Texas Roofing. They were comparably priced but the service was exceptional! Everything was just as they stated it would be. They showed up when they said they would, they completed the work as discussed , they cleaned up as they said they would. My neighbors even commented on how nice and polite the guys were. I will definately use them again when the need arises.
