We have used them for years and was provided great service. Had some issues for a few months but after finding out the owner had a heart attack and was in hospital for several months this was understandable. Used them lately and seem to be back on track.
I've bought concrete splash blocks from them a few times now. Always received friendly service and the blocks were in stock and ready to be picked up same day, even when ordering a large quantity. Seems like a good company.
Major case of "over promise, and under deliver". If it is going to take 3 weeks to get our product tell us. Don't promise it on a weekly basis. The call taker/secretary needs a new job.
