Fantastic service! We were in a rush - trying to move across the country - when our sunroof broke. One corner was stuck up. It was raining - Texas, I know, doesn't rain a lot, but of course it was raining for this. We stopped in on a Thursday afternoon and they were busy. Still - they quickly reviewed the sunroof, found that they could close it and disable it so we could finish our trip, and then let us know what had happened. We were on our way again! THE place to get your car serviced. Free coffee drinks and wifi with comfortable furniture to make the wait go quickly. Excellent, professional staff watching over your car and supplying extensive status reports in a timely fashion.
Horrible experience lately. I’m over the excuses of AI or the “phones not working” then you need to fix something. Took 3 days to schedule something to then have to waste 5hrs of my day for a battery change that should have taken 15min. So sad that I use to recommend to people but not anymore. Free Coffee shop can’t fix the lack of communication, professionalism, and service department faux pas.
First Texas Honda went above and beyond to make things right after Howdy Honda messed up a major repair. From helping me understand the repair warranty to providing a loaner car, their service was top-notch. Cameron, my service advisor, was incredibly patient, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept his word, handled everything smoothly, and truly turned my frustration into relief. If you get the chance to work with Cameron, you’re in good hands and you won’t be disappointed!
