I’m a first Texas home owner for the past 2 years and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy their home’s. The warranty team is one of the most rude and incompetent team trying to give you a hard time for any issue that you report. Once you close the home with them you are all alone even for the warranty period so be aware of that.
I tried calling sales rep Racheal several times on listed numbers but never got a hold of her since one month .
Not a pleasant experience with sales rep at this location- hard to get hold of. Very tough to deal with, resorts to insults and questioning clients worthiness. I liked Stephaine when she was there not the biggest fan of current staff. (Office has been closed every time i have gone in person)
