Very good community and new construction homes in Frisco. Only drawback is little elm ISD 😒
The billboard at front shows starting 500k but its well over 800k and up. What typeof marketing is this?
They have started selling the lots from last year at this location but till now the construction is not started. If this is the case all the excitement to have a new home for the owners will be lost. Sometimes i feel it was good decision for me to back out though i backed out for a different reason. Good luck
