Tanner's Mill was meant to be a sanctuary for refined living. Unfortunately, a recent influx of outer-ring families has brought lawn neglect, driveway clutter, and a general erosion of community discipline.
Amazing location, excellent schools.
We are beyond impressed by First Texas homes' value and staff at the office esp Justin and Cassandra. From contracting to build to closing the team has been graceful and helpful. Our builder was a great guy too. I'm glad we found this builder and our home in this beautiful community. Justin was super helpful and guided us nicely throughout the process.
