Checked them out a few days ago, dont let the model home aww you it's nice but misleading, spoke to sales rep Mario, the whole 1/2 acre lot thing is a scam, there are only like 5 lots that may be considered 1/2 acre plus the home prices are extremely unreasonable for this area given the current rates and the fact that Tx has such high property tax. Also the homes were so close together can literally look in your neighbors bathroom. However they have a nice product and I would do business with FTH just need to come back down ... read more
