In my experience, buying a house with First Texas has been the worst decision. They are very unprofessional. It is terrible. Since I bought my house a year ago, I have asked them to come solve the problem with my cabinets and they only tell me that they are looking for someone to do it. They just make excuses and then don't even answer. Dealing with them is terrible. I definitely don't recommend buying a house with them.
The home I was having built was so wrong on so many levels I don't have the time to elaborate deeply however I will say do your research on all platforms. They don't deserve a star however at least one is recommended to post. My bricks were uneven, formation cracked, etc. When the matter was addressed they attempted to talk unprofessional as if I was a child making excuses for the flaws.
