We got quotes from them and they are a full 2% percent higher than competition and will only match other lender rates after deducting 20k incentive...it's quite obvious supreme is paying back First texas and ensuring buyer gets virtually nothing out of the 20k incentive Edit: After my review the lender did reach out to me and offered a much better mortgage package.
