They were a great agency at first, and heir therapists are excellent. However, when they were contacted for new services after an in-home fall, their nurse didn't even come out to assess and simply called the home office saying that my mom isn't home bound. My 87yr old mother is a fall risk, relies on mobility devices, cannot transport her own walker, cannot do an hour of therapy and is too weak after theraoy to do more than nap for a period of time. Each person who came to my home was professional and very friendly. They helped me to get back on my feet ahead of the normal time frame. I would highly recommend each one of them for home health care.
I had the absolute best care from this provider! I am young and had a full hip replacement. I was skeptical about home health but it was great! Melinda was my Physical Therapist and she was fantastic! Highly recommend!
