Last experience with a live teller was ok, just taking care of business. Only issue would be issues with the Bank ATM going down every once in a while
Very nice friendly people
It’s been extremely difficult to get any results disputing unauthorized charges. On a scale from 1-10 Customer service requested for a phone follow up forget about it. Sad to say there are 3 unresolved issues June 2022 - August 2022. Tasteful and Unprofessional online reply or acknowledgment with transaction dispute department. Evaluation of department is overdue. Too bad I cant ask for the 1 star back. It’s been over a year and no bank manager or supervisor to follow up with customer complaints or support.
