The interaction with the manager, Shlomo, during our car purchase was not as positive as we had hoped. Despite being close to finalizing the deal, there was a sudden change in negotiation terms when he joined the discussion.

Mr G******** is a translator for Mr S**********. They were in our Dealership on 3/5/24 and the Translator was not happy with the discount provided for Mr S***********s deal. We have tried numerous times to reach out to the Customer, even the General Manager called on 3/6/24 and left a message. None of our calls have been returned.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location. October of 2022 I had to travel in military orders to Florida and was unable to get my oil changed at the location. To no fault of my own I was removed from the first team for life program. I was under the impression that I could not be penalized for military travel ON ORDERS but I was. Would not recommend to anyone in the military. Go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.
My car was at **** for body work. It was towed to First Team for recall work and Toyota improved inspection. It took weeks and then they said there were no recalls . I complained it took longer and **** called for me to thier were many recalls fix. After told there were none. I was told list things that need fixing by Russ. My husband works on cars they weren't the problem. He does customer services skills. Work quality sucks. It's costs money.It sensed they dragged t hire feet.
