We’ve lived in Hampton Roads for 2.5 years and own two Subaru Outbacks. We bought one of them from First Team Subaru Norfolk because they had the trim/model we wanted, but we’ve avoided them the other time due to pushy sales tactics. Third, in line three hour, wait for inspection. I was third in line in the left lane when the doors opened in the morning. My check in was done and I got a text from them at 0741 to let them know if I needed anything. Inspections are first come first served. This isn't a review on pricing as I'm sure many who read this may be part of the whole "mom 'n pop" shop and whatnot. Thank you service department! We were on vacation, 9 hours from home and 2 hours from the nearest Subaru retailer, when our brand new Crosstrek started throwing all kinds of warning lights. Not sure what to do, we called First Team and Jeff from service arranged to have the car hauled away from our vacation spot. They had the car for one full day, made the needed repair, and delivered the car back out to us.
