Kaitie is hands down the best service advisor I have ever used for any of my vehicles. I have been bringing my subaru crosstrek to her from day 1 and it now has over 170,000 miles on it. Kaitie is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain everything going on with your car. She is trustworthy, patient, and kind. She makes the whole process of getting your car serviced easy. Subaru is very fortunate to have an advisor as excellent as Kaitie!
I had a terrible experience with First Team Subaru of Norfolk. Despite scheduling my service appointment in advance, I was met with extremely long wait times—much longer than what I was initially told. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout the entire process, with no updates or clear communication about the delays. I arrived on time to my scheduled service appointment and after 1 hour and 1/2 they still hadn’t started the service on my vehicle. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and communication before during and after service as well. Katie was extremely nice and bubbly, I appreciated her help and her checking in our me while I waited for my cats maintenance to be completed. Thanks Katie and Service Team!
Every time i come into First Team, everyone is so welcoming and kind. It truly is the best customer service (working in customer service i would know lol)!! Yesterday Laura helped me and made sure i knew everything that was going on with my car. She was funny and kind and made sure i got everything i wanted done!! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with First Team!!
