I worked with Maria Knoll an agent with this firm, pushy agent. I understand her job is to help find a property, I totally get it, but not the first one she thinks will sell faster. We spoke and I told her my number for the offer and she always very pushy with the numbers “ Go $20K over asking price” “ just sign the contract” “ it’s the best deal your going to get” and once I told her I didn’t need her services anymore.... “ it was a misunderstanding,” “ maybe I didn’t explain myself” lady $20k is pretty darn clear to anyone... read more
