Realtors at First Team in Southern Cal are disorganized and dishonest. Beware of their unlawful threats to get you to sign documents that you don't want to sign. Make sure you read all the documents before you sign. I wouldn't recommend them. Unless you buy the property as is, make sure you do the diligence to check out the roof, the plumbing, the foundation, etc. Do not use the contractor that the realtors, including the one that represents you, recommend.
