The people they sell homes to may like them, however, they are horribly unprofessional and micromanaging with their service people. I am surprised they would conduct business like this considering the revenue they generate with their real estate sales. I know they try to get the cheapest prices possible for their clients but treated service people disrespectfully does not behoove even their clients!
Received a letter from Robert Adams, claiming to be a “local” agent. Says he sold a home in the area, but has two more buyers. I’m in Riverside, this place is in Newport Beach. This guy should be a politician.

I've been begging for repairs where I lived for about a year now no repairs no response I spoke with Mike Shaw yesterday still no response nobody's calling me back I've been begging since last year I had somebody in here to come look at the repairs we both been begging to get the repairs done no answer this place is a disaster. This company hasn't even came to look at the property since the weather's been bad anything they have not been here to do the yard or anyting this place is a joke
Awful, awful, awful. Totally unprofessional - Jacob! If you want to be transferred until the end of time, give them a call. Otherwise, find a real estate firm that is worth your time.
