We had a great shopping experience. From the time I met my salesperson, Dondrell, to the finalizing of the sale, he was very patient and accommodating to our needs. He never rushed us or seemed bothered by our indecisiveness. He provided great advice and helped us get a great deal with the assistance of his manager, Pat. All of the staff has been very helpful. Jonathan took great care of us when our salesperson was out of the office.

I would like to share an experience that my husband and I had at First Team Kia Bridge Rd, Suffolk. We were there to pick up our daughter who was gettig her car serviced on a Friday afternoon. While waiting, we walked the parking lot just looking at the various cars. This gentleman, and I mean a "Gentleman", asked if he could help us and we told him we were just looking.
