This First Team Kia was amazing, super easy and quick! The Kia dealership in Newport News told me they sold the vehicle I wanted to purchase and this Kia dealership was able to get the vehicle I wanted and in the color I wanted brought over from richmond. Elsie was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had and made my overall experience less stressful and way easier! Can't wait to go back for all of my maintenance, they have great warranties on their vehicles plus whatever you want to extend!

I have purchased dozens of cars through the years. Typically about every three years I purchase a new car. I typically hate the car buying experience. I find most dealerships to be manipulating with their numbers. However, my experience at First Team Kia, was one of my best car buying experiences. A fair, clear, understandable deal. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR KIA SERVICED HERE!!! I dropped my vehicle off on 10/5, as I made an appointment to diagnosis the car. The service representative (can't remember her name) stated it would take a WEEK for a diagnosis. 1st red flag. I tried calling her the next day to discuss if any accommodations could be made due to their service turnover being over a week. She kept cutting me off, stating "you can come get the car".
