Nice showroom and nice selection of cars to choose from. Staff is very friendly. Have purchased several cars in the past (used and new), but recent experiences left much to be desired. Was told several things before my recent used car purchase, that ended up not being true. First was that the oil changes and state inspections would be free, then after the purchase, I was told that only the state inspections were free. Friendly, Timely, and Efficient
Service department only: they never gave me an update on my car for a week, & whenever I tried calling I only got a VM but never a callback. Crazy that they think this is okay.
