We bought a car in July and its already having an issue the warranty for kia is great but the service is not at first team. We dropped off the car and we get no updates unless we call. No time line for repairs or anything. We understand its electrical but we asked if we can get some help. But we guess once you buy the car good luck. Great service when you buy the car but afterwards not that great please keep this in mind when you buy your vehicles here. I used to love going to this place now I dread it so much. The last few times has been a horrible experience. I got my horn fixed which was under warranty sat in the lobby for 8 hours and I had an appointment. I'm getting my tires replaced and was told to come in at 2 got there sat in the lobby until closing just to get told they're not going to replace my tires and to drop it off the next day. Terrible experience. Went over a week ago due my tires leaking air and discovering a hole in my tire and spent 5 hours arguing with the staff to honor my warranty. Instead of replacing the tire, they “patched” it and sent me on my way. Took it to another Kia Dealer and they found 2 more holes in the same tire and the patch on the first hole did not hold so my tire kept leaking air. Will not return to this location.
Probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car since Saturn stopped manufacturing. I never felt pressured. All my questions were answered without drama or overpaying the sales pitch. The attitudes of the staff were always professional. Patrick and Ari were so easy to work with and made sure that I knew what I was doing from paperwork to turning on the radio. I would definitely look to them first next time our family needs a vehicle.
We love our First Team Kia 2027 Telluride! Our sales representative Elsie had product knowledge that many of the other dealerships did not have. And she did and amazing job at the delivery going over all of the features and benefits!
