Went to the dealership today to inquire about trading my car in. I was greeted by a lovely lady Letty who greeted me with such a pleasant and beautiful smile. She introduced me to Mr. Goodman the car salesman who gave me information about several different cars. I had some additional questions that he was able to answer. Don’t bring your vehicle here for service. My car isn’t driving smoothly as it was before I brought it in. And there are a few other things wrong. I brought it back in for them to look at my car and they tell me there’s nothing wrong with it. I read over some google reviews and read quite a bit of bad ones; one for example had the same issue I had and she mentioned she had to speak up for herself. Wasn't what I expected, I drove a very long distance and even talked to them on the phone before I drove there to make sure everything was in place and everything was ready, Buyers Order would be ready, and the vehicle was fully loaded, and it was not...Fully Loaded You need to put in the ad, fully loaded or Not. Plain and simple. , leaving another dealership pissed off... It doesn't take much to put in the ad.Vehicle is fully loaded or vehicle is not fully loaded.Let's simplify the process....
