Terrible service. Horrible experience start to finish. Been trying to get my car back for 6 days and they never can find my keys. Communication and organization is completely lacking.
My wife’s car has been hit twice now and each time Chris Bechtel and his team have gone above and beyond to get it back to brand new condition. Couldn’t have been happier with his attention to detail and the speed in which they got it done! Couldn’t tell anything had ever happened to it! Hopefully you never need their services but if you do ask for Chris.
Chris Bechtel wrote me an estimate for repairs. He was courteous and professional and i appreciate his time! Will be using Hampton Chevrolet’s collision center in the future!
