Victor is amazing
My car stranded and city of San Ramon police forced me to go with these guys since they get free donuts from them. Charged to get my car towed instead of $145 dollars with Tesla I had to pay $300 for this company to tow my car 2 miles to the nearest charging station. Dirty money using people disadvantage to steal money. San Ramon police works for free donuts not for public ;).
