Very annoyed with this business. Deployment got extended due to COVID 19, so we had emailed letting them know we'd need the storage unit a little longer, got an email back saying it wouldn't be an issue. when we knew we'd be home from deployment, sent another email telling them the date we'd be getting our things out of the unit. Got there that morning and there was a lock on the unit, so we called several times without an answer. Only thing is gates lock at 8pm. Never had an issue plan on utilizing for as long as I need. Great rates.
