I have had a great experience renting a 10x10 here for over a year. The online auto-payment option has been great for me so I never miss a payment. I travel frequently for work, and each time I have been back to access my unit, everything is clean and feels safe. Management is very responsive to needs by email or phone and goes out of their way to help you if they can. They helped me arrange to have a storage/moving box delivered and even offered to be present for the cube delivery. 10/10 recommend First Street!
We needed a place to store our boat and camper, as well as an enclosed unit. Marco was awesome to work with and always super responsive whenever I needed help or have questions. We stored our things for a year and never had any issues or our things messed with. Would highly recommend!
Where do I begin?! This place is amazing! Of all the places to go in Ammon and Idaho Falls, First Street is where you want to go! And honestly, I would probably choose this place to keep my things at even if I had to live an hour from here. They are quick, responsive, honest, genuine, and just really great people. You never have to worry! You won’t find a better storage unit with better employees than here. Marco is also really wonderful!
We love first street storage! Great prompt service with a smile! We’ve gone back to them several times when needing a storage unit! We lost our key and needed to get in and as soon as they could they cut the lock for us! Great service!
They have been so amazing to work with!! I had my unit for 2 years, and it was always easy to get to, no matter the time of day or night, snow was always cleared, they take pride of their property and their customers. They're very hospitable and upbeat to be around, and they're super understanding and helpful when life hits you!! I highly reccomend this place, and if I ever need a unit, I'll for sure go back to them! Marco is awesome to work with. Thank you guys so much for everything you've done for my family and I!
