I would 10/10 recommend this storage unit solely on their STELLAR customer service. With one phone call, Marco helped me pick the perfect size unit based on my needs and set up all my account information so I could move all my junk in that same day. Access to the unit was easy, secure, and not to mention the unit itself was *very* clean. If you’re not using this storage unit to store your stuff, you’re doing it wrong.
We love first street storage! Great prompt service with a smile! We’ve gone back to them several times when needing a storage unit! We lost our key and needed to get in and as soon as they could they cut the lock for us! Great service!

I would highly recommend! I have used them a couple times already and have gotten the same service each time. They are fast, friendly, and maintain a clean and organized facility. The set up process does not take long and is easy to follow. Keep up the good work!
Had to move out of my place last second, and needed help with a place to store our stuff so we could move into our new house. This place has great customer service, and very organized. The communication was understandable and I didn't feel like a ghost in the room. A great place others should consider here as a trust worthy source and location to store their belongings.
