I was impressed with my rental experience. I like to read what I am signing and many times I feel rushed but when I went to get my storage unit they took the time to answer all of my questions and let me take my time making sure I understood the agreement I was getting into. They gave me a move-in special and I have booked the truck to move my things in this weekend. Just wanted to give these guys a pat on the back for doing a good job, thank you!!
Always a great experience I have been using first street storage for 10 years and they have always been extremely helpful The manager peral is always friendly & accommodating I plan on keeping this unit because of the helpfulness of the staff!! & convenient gate entry hours
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Moving can be so stressful, I really appreciate when things go smoothly! I called a month ago and found the staff to be very helpful over the phone. I was really impressed with the office when I finally went in to take a look at the sizes. They have sample sizes like I have never seen before, I thought it was a very nice touch. THIS PLACE WENT DOWN HILL WITH A RECENT MANAGEMENT CHANGE IF YOU ARE DUE A REFUND UPON CHECKING OUT, JUST TRY COLLECTING IT. THERE'S A MUCH NICER STORAGE FACILITY NEARBY AT A MORE CONVENIENT LOCATION ON WEST RAMSEY ST, BANNING CALLED AWARE SELF STORAGE. THEY OFFER FREE USE OF A TRUCKAND DOLLIES.AND ALL UNITS THERE HAVE INDIVIDUAL ALARMS. THEY EVEN HAVE TWO CUSTOMER RESTROOMS ON SITE. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD SPECIALS AND COUPONS. AND IT'S A VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION.
I have a very nice RV that I was having trouble finding a place I felt secure about, after being given a tour of the property by one of the friendly staff associates, I was so impressed with cleanliness and secure feeling I got from the the property that I not only rented an RV space but I rented a second unit for my personal belongings as well!
