We needed a real estate team that we could trust with the sale of our parents home since we were out of state and this needed to be done remotely. Extremely pleased with how Murre and First Street Real Estate took care of the many details involved in the process and kept us continuously up to date. Helpful and professional service throughout, and also very respectful that this was our family home for many decades, and our close ties to the neighborhood.
Buying or selling a home is never painless, but the people at First Street made it our best experience yet. Murre and Donna went well beyond the norm in helping us sell our home, from suggesting and scheduling inspectors and contractors to negotiating with the staging company on our behalf, they did an amazing job. They gave us great advice along the way and were consistent and clear in communicating as the sale proceeded. Suzanne and Donna are professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic! As a first time homebuyer, I received excellent education and guidance from them, and they were always incredibly responsive and patient in return. They advocated for me with the most genuine enthusiasm and I never felt pushed to go in a different direction. The entire home buying adventure took about 6 months and they managed to keep my stress level to a minimum. I cannot recommend Suzanne and Donna enough!
