I have genuinely enjoyed living at this apartment community, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When I met with management to discuss an issue, I left feeling dismissed, belittled, and spoken down to. I tried to explain that I have a history of trauma and that my downstairs neighbor had come to my door yelling at me. I wpuldmt recommend this place to anyone they are infested with roaches. 2 they do not fix anything we had a leak from our bathroom ceiling that would literally pour down from our upstairs neighbors. We dont know if it was used toilet water or shower water. We complained so many times and was told to just turn the vent on in the bathroom. When someone finally came to look at it turns out the neighbors toilet wasnt even in the bathroom floor it was sitting on a board that their maintenance man placed. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to ANYONE. What started off as a nice experience turned crazy over time. cockroaches all throughout the apartment complex, a lot of unjustified evictions. You could be minding your own business and your accused of things that never happened. Missed payments and a manager that will be nasty and very rude to you. Please don't let her fake friendly personality fool you into renting with them. She'll show her true colors once you rub her the wrong way. You'll never get anything fixed in a... read more
