Awesome atmosphere and staff. Great food and drinks. Daniel, the bartender went the extra mile for John and I. Totally enjoyed everything. We recommend this place and we will be coming here again! :-)

Great selection of beers, food is average to good, friendly staff. Good luck getting a table on a weekend - downtown location is the draw.

We used to eat there until tonight I asked if one of the TV's could have the NFR Rodeo on it They told "NO" this is a family restaurant and Rodeo is cruel, not family oriented and people might get killed by a bull Ahh not Rodeo is one of the most family oriented and patriotic sports around The animals are so well cared for! I'm a big fan of First Street Ale house. The staff there is really friendly, not just serving in the room, but back there in the kitchen! They always have plenty of lolly pops and pickles !! Beer selection is rotating, and sometime surprising. One of my favorite is the Lagunitas IPA, and when they serve it Ice cold, the citrus taste pairs awesome with the Jalapeno Cilantro Burger and the seasoned fries... Can't get enough of it.
