Took forever to get a provider to call. I could’ve gone to Urgent Care twice in the time it took to do this. Very disappointed!

Complete waste of time and no help what so ever from these doctors. You get the same response every time no matter who you video call/call -- "Take ibuprofen and rest". And that's for different reasons and even after I've told each one of them I'm already taking ibuprofen. No point in even having this service if they don't listen or help you when needed. Do not recommend them to anyone. Stay away.

Utilized this service once and I was sent for lab work. Recieved a critical result in which the doctor was supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy. The very next day my account is suddenly closed and they will not reach back out to me, allow me to reschedule or communicate as to why. Never received the prescription even though the provider was notified of the critical result, called me on a weekend and informed me of the medicine I need. 0 stars if possible. I’ve been sick for 6 days, it’s getting progressively worse. I called first stop health free through my work. They told me I have to wait at least 7 days and call back. They could not even write me a prescription which is what I need. It’s a big waste of time for employees who think this service is a nice free option, hence why it’s free. Worst service I’ve ever had
