Utilized this service once and I was sent for lab work. Recieved a critical result in which the doctor was supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy. The very next day my account is suddenly closed and they will not reach back out to me, allow me to reschedule or communicate as to why. Never received the prescription even though the provider was notified of the critical result, called me on a weekend and informed me of the medicine I need. 0 stars if possible. I’ve been sick for 6 days, it’s getting progressively worse. I called first stop health free through my work. They told me I have to wait at least 7 days and call back. They could not even write me a prescription which is what I need. It’s a big waste of time for employees who think this service is a nice free option, hence why it’s free. Worst service I’ve ever had

My dog was diagnosed with giardia and I developed symptoms and called first stop health and they provided me with a 7-Day antibiotic and then I called them asking for a note to excuse me from work for the period of the antibiotic because it is extremely contagious and they tell me they can only write a note for 3 days if you're going to diagnose somebody with a dangerously contagious parasite you need to be able to write the doctor's note for the time the person needs to be out to not be contagious anymore these people will ... read more
