Completely and utterly disappointed in this dealership. My husband bought a 5 year old truck and two days later we found out the transmission was going. We traveled 4 hours round trip to purchase this truck and went with a dealer because there should be a line of trust there. They never mentioned anything about the transmission before or during the sale. They knew something was wrong, because they had cleared codes. Thought it was okay place...until I bought a car on a whim and now it needs 2 grand worth of repairs. My own fault but I guess I expected better from them.
I have bought several vehicles from First Stop Auto. Everyone of them has been a great purchase. Steve and Ed have always been great to deal. I have also recommended First Stop many times to friends and family looking for quality used vehicles.
