My daughter rented from this cimpany and the ceiling caved in on her and my grandchild in the bathroom. They took months to fix. Fecal and urine poured from the unit upstairs. Bob is the worst!!
I lived at 3440 Delor, an apartment building that First Stone Realty owned from July 2019-July 2020. They hired a man by the name of Bob Curran as the landlord and maintenance man. The entire duration of my lease was absolute hell, from the moment my infant child and I moved in we experienced the old building crumble around us entirely due to the fact that they were negligent in their repairs and failed to keep the structure updated.
