The fact that they don’t give appointments you have to call every day at 9am to see if ur sick child is able to get seen the same day but when you call they pick up n put you on hold n don’t answer so rude especially when seeking medical care
3 different addresses, 1 being the hidden location cause I had to call to get the actual address. Then they put you on hold with no one waiting in the office and they are doing nothing. Was told sometimes they dont even have doctors here. Not to mention the other obvious problems either.

I had the worst experiences taking my children here. I can’t believe how many of the reviews here are 5 stars. Yes, the clinic is clean. That is the only truth that I can agree with. Although experiences are different for everyone, I know a lot of people who have left First Step for similar experiences stated in the other low star reviews.
