RecommendedThe women who work the front desk are very rude but the pediatricians are amazing. it's worth it to deal with the unhelpful people who answer the phones. as long as my kids are well taken care of I will deal with the way they treat me.
They take excellent care of my daughter and she loves them. They are all she knows. I personally love the Drs and P.A.'s here. Absolutely love them.
We just transferred to this practice and had my daughters first appt there today for her 1 year. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! SO much cleaner and nicer in general than our previous practice. I was trying to fill out paperwork and my daughter was crying and being impossible to deal with.. the dr herself came to help! Picked her up, was holding her hand, walking her around to look at the fish tank! SUPER impressed with this place!! 5 stars!
Anna and her staff are amazing We started out with an appt with another pediatrician yesterday at weirton hospital but if ever there were a bad first impression to make, they certainly nailed it there. We called first steps and they immediately got my grandson scheduled for the following day and cared enough to make sure that since he is a newborn, was scheduled earlier so he wouldn’t be there when all the sick kids started arriving for their appts. That in itself meant a lot.
