Dr. Charlsie listens to comments & concerns, adjusts, provides you with techniques & skills to use in daily life to prevent issues & resolve any current ones. I first came here after having my first baby & have still been coming while pregnant with our second. I have also brought my infant to her for an adjustment & it was great! Couldn’t recommend First Steps enough!
Dr. Charlsie Is totally someone I would recommend! She is so sweet and kind and makes the entire experience fun! I had never had chiropractic work done before and was a bit skeptic but after seeing Dr. C I am a true believer! She has made my pregnancy a lot smoother and pain free. I wish I’d seen her with my other two previous pregnancies! 10/10 would recommend:)
