I would like to give a shout out to the person who ran my class, they are great! Now, my gripe is with a business that cannot get their ducks in a row, going through a website, that they First Steps put the blame on when trying to figure out EXACTLY what I need to pay. Being asked each week to pay something different. THIS IS A BUSINESS, please act like it!!!
The counselors are kind and seem sincere. The sessions are interesting and helpful. The financial administration are only interested in seeking payment for services and not flexible in helping the clients find a realistic workable solution. Best have an big wallet!
