Five stars. My experience with First Step Services was in 2014, and it remains one of the most positive treatment experiences I have ever had. The group therapy was excellent, and the activities were engaging, meaningful, and well thought out. The program did a wonderful job of bringing people together, creating a sense of community, and helping participants build confidence while working on their recovery. PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS BUSINESS!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I used First Step Services in 2024. I paid $3240 for a 60 hour program. I thought that was a lot of money but I didn't shop around so I washed my hands of it and moved on with my life. Two years later, I see I received a refund in my checking account associated with the card that I used to pay First Step in the amount of $1540. I would like to give a shout out to the person who ran my class, they are great! Now, my gripe is with a business that cannot get their ducks in a row, going through a website, that they First Steps put the blame on when trying to figure out EXACTLY what I need to pay. Being asked each week to pay something different. THIS IS A BUSINESS, please act like it!!!
