They never answer the phone
The staff is lazy and unprofessional. They have these weird little child outburst and act normal two minutes later. I was here for 3 weeks and had $300 + dollars on my food card. When I left the program in the middle of the month I had a little more than 200, I couldn't use my food card for a week because they didn't discharge me yet. It's basically a prison halfway house turned into a drug rehab.
This place is a joke. The living conditions are awful. For 36 clients, there are 3 showers. However, only 1 of them worked. There are 2 toilets. However, only 1 of them worked. 2 urinals, again only one of them worked. They call it a treatment center. The only thing being treated there, is their pocket books. It's a scam, they say that they teach life skills. It's a 3 to 4 month program.
