Dr. Flood and his staff are awesome. Went for a second opinion after I was told by another Dr I needed surgery. Dr Flood told me he was 90% he could cure my condition within 4 months without surgery and he was 100% correct. After 2 months of treatment I'm nearly pain free. I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Flood was great listening to my issues with my foot and giving me steps toward working to solve them.
This is what a patient/provider medical encounter should be. I was treated with respect and concern, I was listened to, diagnosed and educated about my diagnosis, a treatment plan was developed and explained to me in detail, all of my questions were answered, this is not typical in the medical world today as any patient can tell you. I should know, I am a retired physician. I will be back and refer anyone in need of podiatry care. Thank you so much to everyone at First Step.
