How doth I loathe thee First Step. Let me count the ways...This clinic is disorganized, dirty, plagued by miscommunication, incomplete note-taking, flippant manner in regards to patient concerns, ill-advised procedure assignment, lack of eloquence, coherence, and empathy, and last of all time-wasting incompetence.
Horrible service I came for an ultrasound .... they send me to a check up then blame it on my doctor. At the end I waited 2 hours all so the dr. Only check the heart on the ultrasound (I hear my baby's heart two times today ) and when I ask if my baby was ok she was like I only was going to check the heart .... never coming back.
Don't even bother! This place knows how to waste your time!!! I just moved back to Las Cruces at 36 weeks. I was glad they were able to take me on so late in my pregnancy, but the wait time is just ridiculous. I have waited at least an hour to be seen every single time for the past 4 appointments. Today it was 2 hours and it could have been more if I hadn't left to find a sympathetic nurse who tracked down a Dr. who spent all of 5 minutes measuring my belly and listening to the heartbeat.
