This review has nothing to do with the physicians or nurses. This office recently started to use a virtual assistant (aka bot) to answer calls and take messages. This virtual assistant is terrible at getting my demographic info correct. When I was finally transferred to a live agent, it seemed to be an answering service who was quite curt. I'm posting this review in the hope that this clinic's call system be improved.
They schedule way too many patients at a time. Very upsetting waiting over an hour. Won't do that again!
They healed my broken wrist, which was nice, but they are too busy for their own good. Every appointment I had, I was on time but they were running late. My doctor was really quick with me too. All in all at least my bone is healed though
Dr orsini what can say hey it wasn't that bullshit nerve condition a simple MRI but you miss diagnosed you guys are a joke that's why I went up north to have a real surgeon fix my ankle maybe before you throw out bullshit nerve miss diagnoses and shoving pills at bullshit nerve diagnoses make sure the fibula is attached to the ankle thanks for nothing dr orsini sincerely Franklin Bowles
Finally a Doc that listened to me patiently and was invested in my problem Will recommend him to anyone
