A terrible place to go for your dental work. The office is filled with very rude staff that are only interested in doing the absolute minimum on your behalf, while trying to extract the absolute maximum from your wallet. They force you to pay in advance before receiving any treatment, then add on extra hidden charges that they bill you for later. Forget about the surgical skills. The building is a cesspool of thugs waiting to extract your money., which is all they really want. Patient satisfaction isn't even on their radar.... read more

I had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous about having this done. It was a tooth on my lower mouth and years earlier I was having teeth out and my jaw was broken. I did not want a repeat of that. Dr Pancho was wonderful. Explained everything he was doing. Deserai his assist hooked me up to Nitrous Oxide which was a pleasant and relaxing feeling. Dr. Panko is awesome! Wonderful bedside manner. He even let me finish the round of the game I was playing before starting the tooth extraction! (Mind you it was less than 30 seconds but that was very cool because I was able to win instead of forfeit. Thank you!) Staff was very friendly! I DEFINITELY recommend First State Oral...!
I have had a personal experience on two occasions with Dr. Ditty and his team. The one that stands out the most is - My 4 year old daughter had a baby tooth that had to be pulled. Dr. Ditty explained all options and he has fantastic bedside etiquette! They were patient with a scared child and nervous parents! The anesthetist was also fantastic, very gentle and soft spoken when talking with my daughter! I highly recommend this office for any oral surgery needs!
5 ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board! I highly recommend Rhae A. Riegel at 1st state oral. She knows her stuff and is very nice. I have 2 more wisdom teeth left, if and when they ever need pulling 1st State Oral will the place I go to! Thank you again Dr Riegle.
