I think getting your results to lab test is an area for improvement. I have left 2 messages on the phone system and have never recieved a call back. I had an MIR done on my right knee 3 days ago and haven't heard back anything about results. I have been in pain working on this knee and would like to know if I need surgery or there is something else that can be done.
