Got my car back, when I dropped it off I had a full tank of gas when I picked it up 1/4 tank gone. Had body work done to the rear bumper but on my drivers side I can’t put the passenger window down and the passenger cant use the auto button to put the window down. When I got in my car there was a blue umbrella, I don’t own a blue umbrella and I always make sure my car is clean before I drop it off anywhere for situations like this. Wonderful experience with First State Chevrolet Collison, in Georgetown, Delaware. Pierce was very thoughtful, and explained in helpful detail, each aspect of repairs. There were several special considerations, and everything was managed with expert care. I am very pleased by the repairs, and thankful to First State. Highly recommend.
I want to be clear that I’m leaving 5 stars for the service experience I had in the office. My insurance ended up having me take my car elsewhere, but I went to First State Chevy for an estimate. This was my first time getting my car repaired anywhere, and I was unsure of the process. The folks in the office were professional, helpful, and conscious of time on a week day. Based on other research I did, the preliminary estimate was reasonable.
