Hudson was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely made the whole process very smooth and un-problematic while also being extremely polite. would recommend.
Horrible first experience, incompetent staff who thought a check from First State Bank was from an outside bank and they wanted to hold it for 7 days. These people have had over a year to prepare and train their staff for this and they failed miserably. I immediately withdrew most of my funds and went directly to Hearthside to open a new account. Bigger is not always better, and it is definitely the case here. Banked with First State for many years and hated leaving.
I went to the bank today on 19th street and clumberland ave when an employee told me that I could NOT park there in a parking place said it was for employees only and customers park here I am a customer I have a bank account there. I will change my bank to community trust bank. So let's see what they say about the smart remark you made to me saying I cant park at the bank when I going business at a bank. If I want to park around the side I can.
