This bank is a joke, do NOT use them for your mortgage lender. they will cheat you, they have no clue what they are doing. they collect the wrong amount of escrow. they send your statement for the month that has one amount, the online account has another amount, and an email has yet another amount. they try to make you pay more on insurance, when you already paid in full for a year. they want 500.00 to close escrow so you can do it yourself and avoid all their mistakes.
