I appreciate the excellent customer service at every location I’ve visited. They make doing business effortless and offer a great selection of products.
I had a horrible experience with this bank. I had received an auto loan from them in feb of 2023, I missed one payment and I had called the bank to ask for help and to let them know my payment was going to be late, but they had the car repoed in Sept of 2023. I received zero notice until I saw my car being lifted on to the truck. Then after that I called the president of the bank and his exact words to me were “I have zero interest in giving you this car back”. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. They wouldn’t allow me to open up a checking/savings account just because I have a checking account open in another county. I’ve never been denied the opportunity to open a checking account anywhere, but here apparently. I would not recommend coming here - and if you do - definitely don’t go through Jenna!
